Terms & Conditions — rbaaji Platform Rules

In these Terms, the following words carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the rbaaji website and all associated services accessible at rbaaji.app.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an account or uses the Platform.
• "We" / "rbaaji" means the operator of the rbaaji platform and all related services.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player to access the Platform's services.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to gambling services is illegal or restricted by applicable law.

To open and maintain an Account with rbaaji, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. rbaaji enforces a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request official government-issued identification documents to verify your age at any time.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, using your own funds, and not acting as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or closed by rbaaji for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current or former employee of rbaaji, nor an immediate family member of such an employee.

By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information you have provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. rbaaji reserves the right to close any Account that was opened using false or misleading information, and to withhold any funds held in such an Account pending investigation.

rbaaji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the identity of all Players. Verification may be requested at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal or when unusual account activity is detected. Accepted documents include:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• Valid passport showing name, photograph, and date of birth
• Driving licence (where it includes photograph and date of birth)
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)

Failure to complete the KYC process within the timeframe specified by rbaaji may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality or temporary account restriction. rbaaji will handle all submitted identity documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection obligations.

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). rbaaji supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: Most withdrawals are processed within 24–72 hours for fully verified accounts. Processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit on the same account, subject to method-specific availability.
• rbaaji does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name. Any funds received from a third-party source may be frozen pending investigation.
• rbaaji reserves the right to apply transaction fees in line with the published fee schedule, which may be updated from time to time.

rbaaji is not responsible for any delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider, nor for any fees levied by those institutions in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

rbaaji offers a range of bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have a fully registered and verified Account in good standing.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement. The applicable requirement will be stated on the relevant promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within any time limit specified; unused Bonus Funds will expire upon the deadline.
• During active wagering, Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable. Only after wagering requirements are fully satisfied may the resulting balance be requested for withdrawal, subject to standard verification.
• Bonus Funds may not be used on all games equally. Certain game categories (such as live dealer tables or specific slot titles) may contribute a reduced percentage toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are published on the promotions page.

• Systematic or abusive exploitation of promotions — including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or coordinated multi-account play — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of associated balances and account suspension.

All games and betting markets offered on rbaaji operate under defined rules published within each game or market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. The following conduct rules apply across all gaming and betting activity on the Platform:

• Bets placed are final. Once confirmed by the system, a wager cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or game error, rbaaji reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts. Winnings resulting from a verified software error will not be paid.
• rbaaji utilises certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems supplied by licensed game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are statistically fair and cannot be influenced by the Player, the Platform operator, or any third party.
• For live sports betting, odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In-play bets are settled on the basis of verified official results published by the relevant sporting body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA). Any bet placed on an event that has already concluded will be voided.
• rbaaji reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any game or market at its discretion, without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rbaaji Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited activities will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, lag, or latency in live-dealer games to gain a predictable advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering activity, including but not limited to cycling funds through the casino without genuine play intent.
• Providing false or misleading personal information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an Account.

rbaaji is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a suite of player-protection tools accessible from every Account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session-time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. rbaaji does not sell or transfer personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud-prevention services strictly as necessary to operate the Platform.

All content on the rbaaji Platform — including but not limited to logos, brand marks, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the intellectual property of rbaaji or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content without prior written consent from rbaaji is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rbaaji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, internet connectivity issues on the Player's side, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

rbaaji's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rbaaji reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered Players via the contact details on file. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
